Terms of Use for This Review Site
This page sets out the terms on which this website may be used. It is worth being precise about what the site is: an independent review of iLucki Casino and of online gambling generally. It is not the casino, it was never operated by the casino, and it provides no gambling services of its own. An earlier version of this page carried a casino's own terms and conditions — rules about registering an account, making deposits, claiming bonuses and having an account closed. None of that applies here, because none of it happens here, and because the casino those rules described has itself closed.
1. What this site is, and what it is not
This is a review site. It records what could be verified about an operator — its licence, its corporate record, the terms its bonuses carried — and explains how casino games and their published figures work. It holds no player accounts, accepts no deposits, processes no payments and offers no games. If you play at an operator, the contract is between you and that operator, and its terms govern it, not these.
2. The subject of this site is a closed casino
iLucki Casino is closed: checked on 12 October 2026, its own address does not resolve and AskGamblers lists it as terminated. Nothing here can be signed up for, and no bonus code on these pages can be redeemed. The pages are kept as a record, because an old promotion, an unanswered withdrawal or an email still promising an iLucki offer are all easier to deal with when the operator, the licence and the terms are written down somewhere.
3. How this site is funded
The partner-casino links on this site are affiliate links: if you register through one, this site may receive a commission from the operator it leads to. Two consequences are worth stating plainly. The commission exists whether or not an assessment is favourable, and nothing here is written to order — where a figure could not be verified, the page says so instead of repeating it. And an affiliate link may route you to different operators depending on the country you open it from, so the destination you reach is not the casino reviewed on these pages. Check the name, the licence and the terms on the site that actually opens before you deposit anything.
4. Accuracy, dating and sources
Everything here is a snapshot. Bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, limits, payment methods and licence details change without notice, and a figure that was correct when a page was written can be wrong a month later — this brand is the extreme case, since the operator itself stopped existing. Where a page states a figure, it names where that figure came from and, where it matters, the date on which it was checked. Where nothing could be verified, the page says that rather than filling the gap.
5. If you have a claim against this operator
Nothing on this site can recover money for you, and nobody here has access to any account. What the review sets out is the route that exists: keep your records, write to the operator company rather than the brand, complain to the Curaçao regulator, and check the chargeback window with the provider that processed your deposit. Those steps are information, not legal advice, and this site cannot act on your behalf or guarantee an outcome.
6. Age and eligibility
This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if it is higher, to use the links on it. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions, and knowing the law that applies to you is your responsibility. Nothing here is an inducement to gamble where gambling is not permitted.
7. Responsible gambling
Gambling costs money on average: every game described here has a house edge, and no strategy, system or bonus removes it. If you gamble, treat the money as spent on entertainment, set a limit before you start, and use the deposit, loss and session limits a licensed operator is required to provide. The text, structure and original images here are this site's own work and may not be republished wholesale. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine. Figures sourced from third parties remain attributable to them, and anyone reusing them should check them at the source rather than trusting this page.
10. Limits of liability
This site provides information, not advice, and no outcome of gambling is predictable. It cannot be held liable for money lost gambling, for an operator's decisions about an account, bonus or withdrawal, or for a figure that changed after publication. If an operator's terms and this site disagree, the operator's terms are the ones that bind you.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may change as the site does; the version published here is the one in force, and material changes are dated. Corrections are welcome and are the fastest way to improve a page: if a figure here is out of date or wrong, write to the address in the footer and say which page and which figure.
